This story of the resurrection of Lazarus gives us a glimpse ahead to the victory to come on Resurrection Sunday. As followers of Christ, this story reminds us that all of our lives matter to God and that our faith will be rewarded with eternal life. It is also a reminder that God’s love can raise us from any situation we may find ourselves in.
