Andrew Morgan

Andrew Morgan was born in Brooklyn, the only child of Jerry and Lauretta Morgan, in September of 1961.

Andrew first visited St. Paul during the 1999 Commemoration of the MAAFA. After spending three days of bringing body bags and water to Ground Zero immediately following 9/11, St. Paul was his first stop in Brooklyn to take comfort in the Lord before returning home. He attended sporadically until 2006, when after having God slow walk him for several years, he fully submitted himself to Christ Jesus. He made himself available whenever a call for brothers was sent out. After a short while he was tapped to be the assistant to the director of the Men’s Ministry, which evolved into a position on the Eldad Medad Men’s Ministry Warrior Council.

In the subsequent years Andrew served the Lord at St. Paul, his labors have been varied. Some of them have been organizing men to Gatekeep, working cameras in the A/V booth, a brief stint with the Griots Ministry, loading the trucks for Hurricane Sandy Relief, manning the grill for many church functions and most important of all being available to help, pray with/for and show love to his brothers and sisters in Christ.

Andrew has been blissfully and blessedly wed to the woman God gifted him with (Nancy Baptist Morgan) for 27 years. Being given stewardship of her heart is one of his greatest and most pleasurable responsibilities and they have been blessed with an amazing daughter, April. Andrew is currently employed as Supervisor of Stock-workers by the City of New York.

His favorite scripture is Micah 6:8.
