2022 Giving Statements Are Now Available!

2022 Giving Statements will be available beginning on February 1, 2023, upon request.

There are 3 ways to receive your statement:

1. Via email

2. By mail

3. In-person pick-up (Sundays or midweek by appointment)

Beginning today, you may sign-up to receive your statement a) by visiting the Fiscal office on Sundays, b) by leaving a clear message at (718) 257-1300 x141, or c) by sending an email to giving@spcbc.com.

You MUST include in your message/email:

1. Your full name,

2. Your complete address,

3. A contact phone number and/or email address,

4. Your giving number (if available),

5. The method you would like to receive your statement (email, mail or in-person pick-up).
